Profile statement
I am a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon working at Countess of Chester NHS foundation trust. I specialise in Hip and Knee Arthroplasty surgeries with special interest in Lower Limb complex trauma as well as periprosthetic fractures.
I have undertaken fellowship in primary and revision arthroplasty at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation trust and Wrightington Hospital.
I have completed the BOA Future Leaders programme 2020. Our vision is to improve the delivery of care within NHS and to influence positive change in the profession alongside with improvement of patient outcome as well as satisfaction.
I also have special interest in surgical education being a teaching programme conveners for Orthopaedic Academy as well as faculty for FRCS course Wrightington. I have also participated in interview preparation courses for ST3 national selection programme.
I am happy to mentor through phone calls/ zoom or to arrange a meeting in person depending on geography.
Outside work, I enjoy running, road cycling, swimming and playing Tennis. I am also a qualified PADI open water diver and has plenty of experiences diving around South East Asia.
